Returns Policy

At Sora, every ring is custom made to order, making every piece unique and crafted specifically for each customer. Due to the bespoke nature of our rings, we operate a strict no-refund and no-return policy, except in cases of manufacturing defects.


1. Bespoke Rings

  • All rings are individually crafted based on the customer’s chosen design, material, size, and finish.
  • As each piece is uniquely made, we do not offer refunds, cancellations, or exchanges for any reason, including change of mind or personal preference.
  • If the return reasons is due to sizing, we will resize the ring for you at no extra cost to ensure a perfect fit.


2. Gift Cards

For customers purchasing gift cards online or in store, the following terms apply:

  • Gift cards are non-refundable and cannot be exchanged for cash or other services.
  • Gift cards must be redeemed within 12 months from the date of purchase.
  • Packages can be gifted or transferred to another person but cannot be refunded.


3. Exceptions - Manufacturing Defects

While we do not accept refunds or exchanges, we stand behind the quality of our craftsmanship. If you believe your ring has a structural defect due to a manufacturing fault, we will assess and offer a suitable resolution.

  • Claims must be made within 14 days of receiving your ring.
  • The item must be returned for inspection before a decision is made.
  • If a fault is confirmed, we will repair or replace the item at no additional cost.


This policy does not cover:

  • Normal wear and tear
  • Accidental damage or misuse
